I'm with the Modern Monks in Lincoln, NE. We have been brewing beer for a few years and are hopeful to make the jump to spirits soon. We have a special interest in Gin.

I, too, have just shifted from brewing beer...and I also have a special interest in gin...which should be interesting, since the principals at my facility have a special interest in grappa.
