MGP Ingredients is a bulk supplier of NGS and is a publicly traded company (MGPI). MGP also owns Lawrenceville Distillery in Indiana (LDI). Many distilleries purchase whiskey from LDI and rebrand it as their own. Now there is a major control battle for the company.
