Opening New Distillery

[Chattooga Belle Farm]

Hello! I am new to forums.

We are a u-pick fruit farm and event facility in Long Creek, SC. Plan to open a distillery in the next year or two in order to utilize all our fruit that is lost for various reasons. We are completely new to the business and starting completely from scratch with no experience. Today was the first day our notice was in the paper regarding our intent. After three weeks of that, we can apply with the Department of Revenue. And, I guess we'll go from there!
