As part of Central City's drive to expand production of distilled product, we are looking to hire an assistant distiller.

The successful candidate would ideally have qualifications and/or experience in distilling or brewing or a related field. However as training will be provided for the right candidate experience and qualifications are not an absolute requirement

Duties will include distillation, casking, bottling and general labor as needed. This position will primarily involve working an evening shift.
