is there a standard bottle pallet size?

Hello, I'm in the process of ordering my pallet shelving and was asked by the vendor how 'deep' my pallets will be and how much they weight so he can size the shelves correctly. I think the answer is "it depends who you are ordering from and the bottle type" but thought I would post the questions anyway. What are the typical pallet dimensions (LxWxH) and weight when you receive a pallet for bottles?

Order the wire screens for your pallet racking. It's relatively inexpensive all things considered and eliminates the concern of odd pallet sizes, inexperienced forklift drivers, etc. You can also then use your shelving for non-pallet storage as well.
