Rolling Stainless Steel Sheets Into Tanks

We are rolling SS sheets into cylinders using a slip roll. We first put a 90 degree lip into the end of the sheet with our press brake, where we will eventually mount a copper dome. We designed and built the press brake and slip roll. Here are some pics.

What's the thickness of that stainless?

What stainless alloy? I'm assuming 304 or 304L.

It's 16 gauge 304.
