So how are you gonna ferment so much that you can run your still as effectively and efficientlly as possible? We put some thinking into that, and tried to sorta plan the steps of mashing, fermenting, stripping, spirit run ... in such a way that each step (and the equipment for each step) is just perfect in enabling you to take the next step.
