Cherry Flavor advice ?

I have come up with a rum that is 80/20 molasses to sugar cane. I want to start flavoring but am looking for advice on the best way to do it. I would like to create a cherry flavor and am looking at 100% organic cherry juice. Has anyone used cherry juice? tart or sweet? What are a few ways people are using to flavor their products ?I would also like to barrel age for 90-120 days. Thanks!
