Specifically Im curious how they are for fermenting things other than grain, such as fruit/ molasses and such. What is the preferred method of cleaning/sterilizing wooden tanks? Finally for those who use wooden tanks how do you like them overall? Would you recommend them or if you were in a position to do so would you go SS?
