souschefdude
In PA the limit is 100,000 gallons, but there is no mention of proof. Does anyone know if there is a stipulation of whether this is production strength or bottle strength?

Silk City Distillers
Under NJ's craft distillery permit, 20,000 gallons, the fee is $938/year. Above that a standard plenary license has no limits and comes with a price tag of $12,500/year.
cbenoit
In British Columbia, it's 50,000 liters of finished product per year, and then between 50,000 to 100,000 liters there's a graduated increase of provincial levy until you get to 100,000.
