FrEwing Posted March 30, 2014 Share Posted March 30, 2014 is the $13.50 excise tax applicable to samples? Also is it applicable to the small taste pours in the tasting room? I will be using small 50 or 100 ml bottles for samples when visiting resturants and Bars etc. Is the excise tax applicable for these transactions. No sales are involved.
