Hello from San Francisco

Hello,

I'm Erik Ellestad.

I live and work in San Francisco. In my spare time, I write the cocktail related blog The Underhill Lounge where I am probably most well known for my attempt to make all the cocktails in the Savoy Cocktail Book in order. The primary focus of my writing and research has been cocktails and spirits of the 19th and early 20th Century.

I also work as a bartender at a bar named Heaven's Dog and at the monthly "Savoy Cocktail Book Nights" at Alembic Bar.

I am part of the posse of writers Matt Rowley has assembled to attend the upcoming ADI conference, where I look forward to meeting or catching up with the members of ADI.
