Lead Distiller/Anderson South Carolina

[Palmetto Moonshine]

Palmetto Distillery, South Carolina's first legal moonshine distillery, is seeking a Lead Distiller. This dedicated individual would be a key player in taking us to the next level. You would be responsible for further developing the Palmetto Distillery collection, planning and executing distillation operations, overseeing production, managing inventory and compliance.

Responsibilities include:
Set standards for raw materials and product quality.
Implementation and overseeing quality control measures.
Maintain appropriate records.
Create various Spirits, including bourbon and whiskey.
Day to day activity, monitoring of all testing, production and finished goods inventories.

Requirements:
Entrepreneurial Spirit

A strong knowledge of fermentation
Associates degree in Distilling or equivalent experience.
Most importantly: a positive and eager personality. We are on our way to becoming a leader in this industry, and it is time to add a new member to our team.
