3d0g Posted June 7, 2014 Share Posted June 7, 2014 Still early days in my craft distillery plans - tweaking business plans and scoping out locations, but Castle Rock is the top contender at the moment. Another 10 year home brewer looking to make the switch to spirits; whiskey specifically. Did Downslope's distillery school earlier in the year (which was excellent), but I'm still learning loads from resources like the ADI Forums and will no doubt have plenty of dumb questions to inflict on y'all.
