mendodistilling
I'm working with some natural brown sugar and I'm under the impression it is full of enough nutrients to completely fermentation without trouble however I'm always a fan of FAN so I usually add in a bit in parts to move fermentation along nicely. Where could I find a raw ingredient list of these common items we love to distill showing what the ingredients have so I know what yeast may need for a smooth fermentation? nabtastic
http://distillers.tastylime.net/newSite/books/TAT4E/index.htm link to alcohol text book. this is written by Alltech and as far as I've read is mostly dedicated to fuel ethanol but the ideas and general practices are still the same. The authors make notice between fuel and beverage ethanol practices though.
