Chefedgardo
I would like to know; if I should filtrated the rum true active carbon? Please any comments. I am trying rum for the first time and I have 30 gallons of the middle cut and it is perfect as it is. Thank you
northwestrum
I would take a sample and run it through some activated coconut shell carbon and see if your definition of perfect changes. Some rums can come over very funky and may need to be carbon filtered (if not barrel aging) to clean them up a bit. If yours came over perfect then bottle and enjoy. Let us know what you do and how it comes out.
rumfarmer
I wouldn't mess with it if you like it the way it is.
