CFry Posted April 7, 2009 Share Posted April 7, 2009 Greetings from South Dakota's distillery with the license number 1. I am working with a fellow member, AJR, on producing a variety of spirits. We are aiming at a launch in May before his departure. I am a chemist by training and am new to the alcohol industry destined for human consumption. I have previously worked in the research and development department of POET Energy which produces ethanol for fuel. I hope my knowledge of chemistry and mistakes made thus far will be of some use in the forum (instead of just asking questions).
