Portland, Oregon checking in

Hi there, everyone.

I'm partner in a new distillery opening (eventually) in Portland. We are at the stage of dealing with city hall in making sure our location is up to snuff before we sign the paperwork, which couldn't come soon enough for me.

I expect to ask you guys a lot of questions in the upcoming months, and am just saying hi so I have at least one legit post before I start begging for free information.
