From what I can see, the internets is pretty divided on this topic. I'm leaning toward leaving everything whole, but only because I've seen it done that way. Thoughts? John McKee Posted February 8, 2015 Share Posted February 8, 2015 Easy rule of thumb.... If the flavor is on the outside of the botanical, then no need to crush.
