California Distillery Seeks Assistant Distiller

Exciting new, multiple award-winning Santa Barbara County craft distillery is looking to hire an assistant distiller who has production experience in distilling or brewing. The assistant distiller will be expected to work with the Master Distiller and distillation production team on various tasks including, but not limited to mash cooking, fermentation, distillation operations, filtration, bottling, etc. On the job training will be provided.

We are growing rapidly and looking for highly motivated, hard working, eager to learn applicants who work well both by themselves and as a member of the team. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.
