JGo
My sister is starting a microbrewery and I'm considering a distillery in the same complex. Is anyone aware of any brewery-distillery partnerships on the west coast? I'd like to explore where they are collaborating and finding synergies. Thanks

RBDistiller
We also have one set up but have all three, winery, distillery, and brewery. Let me know if you have any questions.
bluestar
It is also possible to do that in Illinois. I know Round Barn has done that in Michigan for some time. But every state has different rules with regard to if and how you can combine operation (or even ownership) of a distillery, winery, and/or brewery. You did not mention which state, so any of the specifics from us may not apply. Also, you use the word "partnership", which needs to be interpreted: operated together? common ownership? independent companies but co-located to allow the distillery to pipe the beer over to the distillery (often allowable).
