I am looking to make a switch over to distilling. I have an Associates in Brewing Technology from the World Brewing Academy and 3+ years in the industry including everything from keg washing, cellar, yeast management, QA/QC lab work, managing every aspect of production, packaging and raw materials sourcing. I am looking for getting into a new spot where I can be relied upon to produce top quality wort and fermentation every time and in exchange I would learn from an experienced distiller for the rest of the production that goes into making a final product. I will give more details of my experience and what that entails to anyone interested in meeting. I am looking for some work in Minnesota.
