Another amazing innovation, we have been working on for quite some time! The Reflux Capacitor, we call it. Yes, like Back to the Future's Flux Capacitor, only suited for the craft distiller. It boosts column performance with around 25%. For more reading, please see:

Hate to sound stupid...but I don't get it.  What are you talking about Doc Brown?  Pumping distilled spirit back in?

Sorry for the late reply. Jeff, we redistill the reflux. Don't want to dive into the details though.

On another note, today we release two free software updates:

- Fast aging programs;

- ABV Control.

Existing customers can update over the air. New orders get these goodies for free.

For more reading, see: https://istillblog.com/2019/03/05/new-software-available/

iStill in Indonesia. Yep, we are doing business all over the world. Not just in Europe and North America. In fact, we have customers from Canada to Australia and from Chili to Japan. Indonesia? We have three customers in the emerald islands!

If you want an iStill Mini product development still quickly, you are invited to place the order soon. The latest batch is almost sold out. We will make new ones, yet these will only be available in around 10 weeks from now.

The North American team is currently visiting CBC / BrewExpo 2019 in Denver. Fun to see how brewers, that are used to working with stainless steel and process controls, dig our equipment!
