Electric Class and Division for Craft Distillery

Can anyone advise the correct Electric Class and Division for a Craft Distillery?

Depends on the space and how you operate, but generally by the still and spirits tank would be Class I for flammable vapors, and either Division 1 or 2, 1 being always present and 2 being present sometimes or in the event of a failure. Class II is relevant for dust, same Div 1 or Div 2 principles. Class I Group D for ethanol, Class II Group G for flour.
