I've had the itch to get into the distilling industry for about four years now, and the more research that I do, the more I feel this is the appropriate time. I've been reading through the wealth of information on these forums and am happily surprise by the willingness of members to offer solid information and advice. I'm looking to either partner with an existing distillery in the beginning or find an experienced master distiller who's looking to get involved with a new venture.
