TrademarkAtty
I am an attorney in the American South and will be starting a new distillery and specialty spirits business after the first of the year. I come from a software and entertainment business background and this will be my 6th, and hopefully last, startup company. Over three years of research has gone into developing the business plan and marketing strategy, and I am working now to assemble a world class team. In the past, I have helped raise over $85 mil in venture capital funding for various companies and I have a track record of success. I am looking seasoned industry veterans who would like to be part of the team. I am especially interested in individuals who have experience in the spirits industry in the roles of distribution or brand marketing. We have several lines of spirits planned. Thomas
A word to the wise, do brush up on securities laws at the Federal level & in your state. Because you have arguably made an unregistered public offering just now.

billowens
Sir, This is a "big" project. Almost all of the 202 artisan distilleries in the USA build their business for less that 1 million dollars. You're in a different league. TrademarkAtty
Thanks Bill, and it was nice talking to you on the phone today. While I am ambitious, I don't want the risk of being cash strapped out the the gate while waiting on product to age in barrels. This is the main reason we are raising 4-5x what most artisan distilleries start with. Also, the ground marketing game is substantial and will give us a higher cash burn rate than most in the beginning.
