Green Color Coming Through During Gin Run

First off, we are doing our gin runs in a 250 gallon Vendome pot still with a gin basket. During our last few runs we have had green color coming through at a certain point during the run. It basically comes through at the same time on each run, around the 4 hour mark. We turn the system down, check the gin basket and then fire it back up. After the restart we don't have any issues the rest of the run.  We had a blockage in the gin basket return to the pot on an early run that caused green to come through but we have modified the basket since then and blockage has not been an issue. Any thoughts?

My stupid old self remembers some green-blue distillate from the copper alembic, but only the start of the finishing run and cleared out before the hearts.
