I am currently pulling under 2PG of distillate for Quality Control samples each month - 200ml from each batch. I record all of samples on a basic excel sheet which meet all TTB recording requirements (see attached). All samples are kept on our bonded premise for a min of 1 year. I need assistance on how to report the 2pg on the TTB Operations Reports - or is it not necessary?
