Phil Posted March 3, 2011 Share Posted March 3, 2011 Got our bill introduced today in the Arkansas State Legislature. House Bill 1849 will allow the sale of spirits for consumption off premises. Phil Posted April 1, 2011 Author Share Posted April 1, 2011 Update on HB1849... it was signed as a law on March 30th and is now Arkansas Act 827 legalizing the sale of distilled spirits for off premise consumption at Arkansas based distilleries!
