DMcKay Posted January 13, 2016 Share Posted January 13, 2016 I spoke with a company who will be testing a Corn Extract in February which will be completely different than a Corn Syrup. If all other qualifications are met does anyone know if Corn Extract can be used instead of whole corn for a Bourbon mash and still be able to call it Bourbon on the label?
