Local grass roots distillery in Phoenix Metro area is up for grabs.  In business for over four years, no debit, profitable, turn key ready.  Series 18 with option to add a series 19 if desired.  Prime for retiring individual that loves Whiskey and wants a daily gig.  Restaurant or Hotel owner who want the extra 40% margin on their own spirit.  Or even potential new comers to the field who wish to pick up where we left off.  Please respond to this post for more information.

   I am going to up front, I did not do a through search.  This may have been asked before.  If one makes a Malt Whiskey, does it necessarily mean it is 100% malt or can it be something like 51% malt and 49% barley?
