You can't have a DSP and brewery licensed in the same space at the same time federally, that's what the alternating premise is, even if it is the same owners. You can only do one activity or the other, not both, so if beer is fermenting in one tank you can't be fermenting wash for single malt next to it, unless its separated.

Last I read in the guidance that you could have a brewery and a distillery in the same premises so long as they have independent equipment and are separated by a partition. It may have changed though.

  2. I have a pallet plus some of some 750ml round flint bottles. Pictures are attached. There are 1,248 bottles. They come in plain brown boxes of 6 per. Asking 1,500$ or may negotiate. Located in Woodbury, TN to calculate shipping if you wish.  Come and get 'em!! If you have any questions feel free to post below. 3. As the title describes I am in search of 750ml Liberty bottles or a round equivalent. A pallet would be nice. I know these bottles are scarce until supply comes back toward the end of summer. If anyone has any leads it would be greatly appreciated.

  5. We're selling our Air fluid cooler as we have never used it and have no need for it. The model number is AFC67CW-0D41. Attached is the technical drawing for it giving its dimensions and and capacities. Its in fantastic condition and everything is all original and intact. Ideally we would like to get at least $10,000 for the unit to recoup some of the cost. Will entertain offers but please do not lowball. Shipping arrangements and costs will be on the buyer as well.

Pictures are attached but if anyone would like to see the unit you can come visit us at Short Mountain Distillery in Woodbury, TN.

If you have any other questions about it feel free to send me an email and I have the spec sheets for it as well. Contact is brian@shortmountaindistillery.com

  6. My name is Brian Robertson and I am seeking a partner(s) to go in with me on a new type of micro distillery. We will be focusing on pioneer/heritage type and light whiskeys that were prominent during the mid 1800s. This distillery is located in the town of Gallatin 30 minutes NE of Nashville. I have already secured a lease on a property that is owned by the County Museum and am working with them closely to bring a working distillery exhibit to the area. This is not something that has been done very much at all in the entire country. It is an opportunity to start a business and help the community grow, and grow in knowledge about early life in their county. We will be focusing on three different expressions of whiskey, seasonal brandies made from local produce when in season, and gin made from local botanicals and florals. If this sounds like something that might interest you please feel free to send me an email to brobertson03@gmail.com and I'll be more than glad to answer any and all questions. Thanks in advance, and cheers!
