Can someone explain the the distilling, redistilling & distribution of heads, hearts & tails in this process? Or can anyone recommend a book or an avenue to learn the process?

This rum retort set up made our SFWSC Double-Gold winning rum in 2019.  

It consists of two 45 gallon retorts and all the parts to run your rum must to a finished product in a single pass. 

The set up originally cost around 20k SELLING HERE FOR 10K or Best Offer

These SS drums are all in good condition. Some have TC ports in them as they were used in various distillery duties. Mostly for storing spirits at one stage or another. 

The 80 gallon drum DOSE NOT have a fitted top BUT all of the other ones do. 

The 80 and 125 gallon drums EACH HAS a fitted screen bottom and TC ports and a cone top for column attachments. These were only used for storage, No distilling.
