  1. As far as I know, the Beverage Tasting Institute is not for submission of unreleased products or ones in prototyping, but for ones that are in production. I don't think they do consulting, please correct me if I am wrong. Does anyone else know for sure?

THEY DO FOR A FEE $$$$$$$$. ASK GREY GOOSE

  2. Our upcoming distillery will be using alaskan grown potatoes, and we are trying to come in at an affordable pricepoint. We are trying to combat the high prices with our low price potatoes, higher volume goals, larger equipment, bulk bottle purchases, etc. What else can we do to keep our prices low? What are the least expensive potato vodkas worldwide?

We have already eliminated all salaries from our business plan for the first year, maybe the second, or however long it takes....

    Thank you for any suggestions/information!

WHY WOULD YOU START A DISTILLERY THAT WILL NOT MAKE ENOUGH MONEY FOR YOU TO DRAW A SALARY?????????

  3. Just getting started with a micro distillery in Hawaii, Island Spirits Distillers. I'm going to use molasses, since sugar cane grows here. And I'm going to make vodka from it.

Any other molasses fermenters out there, I'd like to hear your experiences. From reading this forum, I didn't see any posts involving sugar cane molasses...
