We have 77,000 units of a sharp edged wood top stopper, 31 x 13mm black stained top with 20mm Sugero Replica synthetic shank. These would be ideal for bottles of 32-3120 GPI finish. Anyone have any suggestions on the optimum diameter cork size in mm when using synthetic corks as far as oversizing in comparison to the internal diameter of the bottle mouth?

Sure, that's a fine Absinthe from Philadelphia Distillers. Our company Tapi USA provides the Stoppers and I think they get the bottle from Saxco or Saverglass. It is the Saverglass' Qbic 750ml bottle I think...

Depends on the bottle and the look you are after. You can put on caps like "Absolut" by hand in small quantities or faster with a machine. True ROPP (rolled on closures) require roll on equipment, single head for less $$$ and multiple head for more $$$ but more speed. Many craft distillers select stoppers to enhance the hand crafted or premium look of their package and to get started with no upfront machinery needed to apply them.

There are many options and prices available...find what you want and ask how to get it.
