  10. Hi,

Anyone have any suggestions on the optimum diameter cork size in mm when using synthetic corks as far as oversizing in comparison to the internal diameter of the bottle mouth?

    Jeff

jeff: I'm Kevin Dunbar with Tapi. I can help you if you wish, we are a large manufacturer of synthetic bartops. Call me at 610 222-9109.

  11. Sure, that's a fine Absinthe from Philadelphia Distillers. Our company Tapi USA provides the Stoppers and I think they get the bottle from Saxco or Saverglass. It is the Saverglass' Qbic 750ml bottle I think...

  12. Depends on the bottle and the look you are after. You can put on caps like "Absolut" by hand in small quantities or faster with a machine. True ROPP (rolled on closures) require roll on equipment, single head for less $$$ and multiple head for more $$$ but more speed. Many craft distillers select stoppers to enhance the hand crafted or premium look of their package and to get started with no upfront machinery needed to apply them.

There are many options and prices available...find what you want and ask how to get it.
