So I think i was able to track down the answer

Under TABLE 2703.1.1(1) it says

The aggregate quantity in use and storage shall not exceed the quantity listed for storage.

So sounds like its 120 max counting your open and closed storage combined. Not 120 storage plus 30 open,

Could you clarify please, what regulations should be used to get a Fire Marshal approval for aging few tons of Whiskey in a Distillery as far as storage of greater than 120gals of class 1A or 1B flammables (i.e. >80proof spirits) is prohibited?

I would question the 20% ownership interest for $750k, while the remaining 80% presumably goes to the folks investing only $50k. We were offer a higher % ownership for less money, putting in more cash ourselves and still had negligible interest. I hope you guys know folks with tons of free cash, because that is almost what you are asking for.
