Can you submit a COLA before you have your DSP?

No. They use your DSP number to track everything and you don't get that until your DSP is approved.

Sorgumrunner, we had a formula submitted on 3/29 get approved yesterday, so they should be rolling towards yours in the next couple weeks if you submitted mid-April.

We are looking for ~25 used barrels to expand the barrel aging program at the meadery. The closer to Baltimore, MD, the better because we would prefer to pick them up ourselves, but will take what's available. Please message me if you have anything.
