All though this system isn't intended for distillation try these guys. I've been eyeing there systems for a while it'd be more than robust enough to run a still system.

Mt. Index Brewery & Distillery Is seeking a partner or 2 to help bring us to the next level. We already have some great products, our Mt. Index Vodka, Mt. Index Coriander flavored Vodka, and our Black Cat Coffee Liquor. As I’m writing this we are also preparing to roll out our Wild Sky Pot Still Gin. Within the next month we will also be opening our brewery tasting room to the public. We are nestled on highway 2 in Washington state at the base of Mt. Index. There is a lot of summer and winter fun in the area including skiing, hiking, fishing, and white water rafting.

Yup shut down. As I read they're down to 35 employees now. Real bummer, if they had waited one more day I'd have my second product on the shelf. COLA was in process with one more correction to process.
