A word of caution: I tried purchasing used barrels earlier this year from Greg at Great Lakes Barrels. I paid $3K in advance to his Paypal account, but all I ever received in return were a couple months of increasingly far-fetched excuses followed by him simply ignoring all my calls and emails. Fortunately I used my credit card and I got my charges reversed when I reported getting ripped off.
