Without going into too much detail, we will be terminating our lease at our new flagship brewery/distillery as soon as January of 2023.  We will be looking! for an established brand with strong financial backing to take over the facility and assets (not the business).  We are located at 100 Hooper Street, in the heart of San Francisco's Mission Bay District, and are on the ground floor of the Adobe Headquarters.

We are a brewery and distillery located in San Francisco, CA and are looking for some technical assistance in starting a vodka distillation process.  

Our facility has a full 30 BBL four vessel brewhouse, 14 60 BBL fermenters with glycol temperature control, a 750 gallon Forsythe pot still, and a 300 gallon ASD spirits still.  

We will be using the vodka primarily for our canned cocktails.  

We are looking for an on-site consultant to help our team begin production and teach them best practices and compliance.

Marketing and Events Manager

If you like craft beer, whiskey, attending beer festivals and have a knack for event coordinating and social media then Seven Stills has the opportunity of a lifetime for you.  We are looking to bring on a full time marketing and events manager to the Seven Stills team that will be in charge of organizing all events at the brewery and distillery, registering and coordinating beer and whiskey festivals, running our social media networks via Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, and developing unique weekly content for email newsletters. 

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have prior experience in event coordinating.  We are looking for someone who can help bring new clients to the distillery to host corporate events, happy hour and team building events, weddings, and holiday parties.  In addition you will be in charge of managing and corresponding to tour bookings, and communicating directly with the team at our distillery tasting room. 

Prior experience marketing via social media is a requirement.  Qualified candidates must have strong communication skills, outgoing personalities, have access to a reliable vehicle, and have the flexibility to work events and festivals on the weekends. 

Any experience in photography/videography, graphics design and web design is a must. 

Schedule

This position available is full time.  You will be required to work from the distillery directly with the CEO during the week and to be the point of contact for events and festivals on the weekend.

We just emptied 13 7-gallon whiskey barrels. They were previously used once for either Rye or Bourbon, and we just finished a whiskey in them for the last four months. We are selling them for $150 each. Please email me if you're interested, they are located in San Francisco.

We're looking for between a 250-500 gallon copper pot still (vendome preferred) and a 15bbl brew setup for producing whiskey.

We are a distillery in San Francisco, CA focusing on making whiskeys from craft beer and are looking to expand our operations to distill and brew in house. We have been on the market for roughly 20 months, have a proven track records with two whiskeys available for purchase, a third release in April of 2015, a vodka and a line of craft bitters.

We currently self-distribute but have a distribution network taking over in October to expand our reach throughout California. To facilitate our growth and reduce our costs of production we are seeking to purchase a 15bbl brew setup and a 250 gallon copper pot still. We are currently looking for financing options to purchase this equipment.
