Hi.  I added dimensions.  Sorry about that - That spec should of been there for the beginning!  No CIP, these are a pretty manageable size can can be cleaned easily from the top.  However, if you want a port installed, we can quote it if you are interested.

Hi Jeff.

These tanks are slightly sloped to the front drain fitting. As the manufacturer, one can never guess how a customer might use a small, portable tank, beyond the obvious (storage, fermenting, bottling, barrel filling, settling, but who knows?).  We have sealing lids that can be fitted to add versatility.

Hi Delta H. The tank is double layer insulated with AeroGel insulation (sides and bottom), then clad in stainless steel. There is no direct heat source installed. We are pricing the tank at $6000, plus freight for everything. List is over $19,000. We are clearance pricing this tank to allow the user self-install a heat source (such as immersion, steam injector, etc) and still come out ahead. Interested? Contact us. We have one brand new, 409 Gallon Stainless Steel Fermenter available to ship now. This fermenter is an elliptical shape to control temperature better and fit in tight spaces. It has a variable lid, with a heavy-duty inflatable seal and regulated controller. The fermenter is equipped with fork pockets to allow easy portability with a pallet jack/ fork lift.
