Commercial distilling equipment up for sale, closing out everything listed below:

Still:  Used, approx. 1200 cases produced.

1 ea - Arnold Holstein 310 gallon/1200L copper pot still with dephlegmator, 3 phase mixing motor, stainless condenser, 16-foot 11 plate rectifying column, CIP system with pump and tank

Originally housed at Arizona High Spirits distillery in Flagstaff, AZ.

 

Mash tank:  New

1 ea - Spokane Industries 750 gallon stainless insulated and jacketed mash tank with internal steam injection, top mount 3 phase - 3hp mixing motor with 3 blade impeller, top grain-in port, top manway, shadowless elliptical lower manway doors, adjustable foot pads, CIP lines and sprayers

 

Fermenting Tanks:  New

4 ea - Spokane Industries 750 gallon stainless jacketed fermenters, top manway, shadowless elliptical lower manway doors, adjustable foot pads, CIP lines and sprayers

 

Forklift tanks:  New

2 ea - St. Patrick’s 265 gallon/1000 liter stainless jacketed storage/cooling tank with lid and forklift notches

 

Mixing/proofing tank:  New

1 ea - St. Patrick’s 265 gallon/1000 liter stainless rolling tank with 1hp single phase mixing motor and hinged lid

 

Grain Mill:  Used mill box and screens with the new motor, starter, direct drive coupler and wheeled frame

1 ea - Meadows Model 5 hammer mill with 3 phase - 15hp motor, 3 phase motor starter, handling fan, dust collector, additional interchangeable mill screens for changing particle size.

 

Also included are miscellaneous items:  wood restaurant bar top tables, bench seats, industrial 10' tall 3 level pallet rack, 2 ea - Isotemp 49 cu ft double door refrigerators, Crown 50FCTT-188 5000 lb forklift, used office furniture, miscellaneous tools/quick clamps/etc.

Technical drawings from the vendors are available for the still, mash tank, fermenters, smaller tanks, and grain mill.

A second lot of micro-distillery equipment, tasting room and restaurant equipment is available for $25k that includes:

Direct fire copper pot still (approximately 200 gallon?) originally located at Devil's Thumb distillery in Colorado, 4 new oak barrels, 36" bar top tables, 22 chairs, bar stools, 11' mesquite bar top with raw, under counter bar refrigeration unit, stainless 3 well sinks, cocktail station, 2 electric water heaters, ice maker, miscellaneous tanks and barrels, pallet rack, etc.  If interested, for a complete list, please email.
