Michael Fasano promised us a great price (should have known it was a scam) on multiple skids of glass. We paid a deposit and after two months of excuses, he sent us a refund check (after we sent a lawyer demand letter). The check bounced, and he has gone radio silent and refuses to make good on it. Please be aware that SANO may have been legit at some point, but they ripped us off. We are making a criminal referral of the case, and there will likely be an indictment because it is over the felony limit in North Carolina, but watch out! Be aware that they’ve had wire instructions for about 10 days with no payment. They admit they still have our money but cannot pay.
