Mrs. Griffo Distillery
Hello! We are FINALLY at the stage where things are really moving and we're looking at a mid-February launch date (6 year dream in the making!). But, we have one glitch that we really need help with. Our designer designed a label that has a bottom (or bikini) label that wraps almost all the way around the bottle. The top label, so the main one in the front, only covers the front part of the bottle. So, we have no idea what kind of a labeler to purchase that will allow us to A) Apply them at the same time with different sizing, or Apply them separately in two applications but ensures they are aligned exactly each time (our bottle doesn't have one of the divets that helps with alignment). If any one has advice or suggestions please share! We are also wondering if we need to quickly redesign it so that this problem doesn't exist in the first place. Lastly, we are on a super, super tight budget and we were hoping to spend under $3k on a semi-automatic table top labeler... Thank you in advance! Kristian
They key may be in the printing. Have the printer place them on the same backing and aline them correctly so that you can then use pretty much any labeler you like, manual or semi auto. The main label will be spaced further apart so you'll need to have the the sensor on a semi auto labeler aline with the wrap label if that is the one you choose. Mrs. Griffo Distillery
Thank you everyone! We're contacting our printer to see if they can incorporate your idea, Kristian (btw, haven't been to Loveland in forever, but adore your town). Keep the ideas coming if anyone else is out there.
