Colocating at one DSP

Howdy folks, we're considering sharing a space with a small, existing distillery, for a while we do product research as a way to minimize risk and learn the business landscape. While there's obviously a ton of benefits for both parties, this seems like the sort of thing that Fed / State laws could make really complicated.  Does anyone have experience dealing with a sitiuation like this?

Like you said, there's a lot there to get right.  You might want to contract with someone like Dave Dunbar to guide you (and the other party) through the complexities of that.
