ADI and Wood Hat Spirits present a full day masterclass on corn whiskey and other corn based spirits.
Sessions will include discussions on the flavor characteristics of heirloom corn varieties, new developments of corn genetics, discussions on corn cultivation, farm tour, tastings of corn whiskey and more.
