The bourbon was produced on Black Dirt's 60ft continuous column beer still made by Vendome. They
finish it in a "doubler" at around 140-148p then proof it down to 124p for barreling.
Mash bill is 73% corn, 13% malted barley, and 14% rye. Termamyl and Saczyme were used for full conversion.
