  1. Does anyone have experience setting up a small still in an existing brewery? 

    Guess I should be more specific. Regarding the permits coexisting in the same building, moving wash from the brewery side to the distilling side, stuff lik e that. I know ultimately consult with legal counsel, but if anyone has a quick synopsis of this type of setup. Thanks!

  2. Looking at several locations for my new distillery and the best location has septic issues. I own a brewery a couple miles from the site so my idea is to truck beer in and stillage out. doing this how much other waste/water can I expect to produce from a 100 gallon still?
