We have the following spirits available for purchase. All spirits listed have been fermented as a sweet mash, in open top fermenters at a constant 85 degree temperature. Double pot distilled, good cuts made to remove heads and tails. All barrels were filled and are aging in Kentucky and come from Kelvin Cooperage with a #3 char.
