Hello everybody! I'm Emir from Turkey, Istanbul. I'm 19 years old and my age is legit for using alcohol in Turkey. (American friends don't worry ) I study in University and my department is chemistry. I've been interested in brewing&distilling since I was 17. Actually, I started distilling because of high taxes. But now I enjoy distilling, so I look at the home distillation in artistic and scientific terms. I want to do it as a job in the future. I dream to become a master distiller
